All payments for access to the Vujis platform are non-refundable by default once access has been granted.
However, in rare and exceptional cases, clients may submit a refund request for management review. Requests must include a clear justification. All decisions are final and at the sole discretion of the Company.

Platform access is granted only to licensed users within the subscribing company. Sharing access with third-party individuals, contractors, or companies is strictly prohibited.
Any external sharing or unauthorized use may result in immediate suspension of access with no refund.
Vujis sources trade and customs data from official and third-party databases. We do not guarantee real-time updates or continuous availability.
Certain country datasets may be delayed, temporarily unavailable, or discontinued due to external reporting practices. We do not accept liability for missing or outdated data.
Use of bots, scripts, or automated tools to extract data from our platform is strictly prohibited. Violations may lead to permanent account suspension without notice or refund.
