Built by exporters, not theorists
We lost $21,000 on a bad deal. Vujis exists so you don't have to.
Vujis was founded by exporters who were tired of fake inquiries, unreliable buyers, and guesswork in international sales. What started as a painful trading mistake turned into a platform designed to help manufacturers and trading companies find real global buyers with clarity and confidence.
The painful lesson
The trade that broke the illusion
We started as traders in scrap metal and agro commodities. We signed up to multiple buyer portals where people claimed they could buy huge quantities. When it was time to pay, they vanished.
After months of chasing “buyers”, we finally received a small downpayment for aluminium scrap — at a price we later discovered was far below the real market level. The buyer had never imported before.
Then came the real hit:
The supplier we trusted took a $21,000 downpayment and never shipped the goods. The inexperienced buyer on the other side was let down, and we had to return their money.
That single deal exposed a brutal truth: without proper verification and market intelligence, even experienced operators can get burned.
From chaos and scams to clarity and control
That failed deal could have been avoided completely if we had proper tools to verify counterparties. When we started digging, we discovered publicly available international shipment and trade information that completely changed how we evaluated risk.
With the right intelligence, we could:
- Check if a buyer had ever actually imported before.
- See whether a supplier's country was a real producer or a high-risk region.
- Understand where genuine demand and supply flows were in specific products.
When we finally analysed the data, it was obvious: the country our “supplier” was based in barely exported that product and was notorious for fake suppliers. But we didn't see that at the time, because we'd found them through a generic online portal.
Once we started using this kind of intelligence, our entire trading strategy changed. We could see where real buyers were, who the credible suppliers were, and which routes actually made commercial sense.
Why Vujis exists
We built Vujis so manufacturers and traders don't have to learn these lessons the expensive way.
Many "export tools" are overpriced, built for big corporates, or rely on guesswork through trade shows and endless networking. If you pick the wrong event, wrong product focus, or wrong partner, it becomes a very expensive beginner mistake.
Our goal is straightforward: simplify international expansion for SMEs and make global sales decisions based on verified, actionable intelligence.
What Vujis does
A customer-finding system for exporters
Vujis helps you find verified global buyers, understand real demand, and reach the right decision-makers — without relying on random portals, unqualified inquiries, or trial-and-error at trade shows.
Find real buyers, not noise
Identify companies that actually buy your kind of product, see their activity, and focus your team on outreach that has a real chance of converting.
Reach decision-makers directly
Go beyond generic company info. Vujis helps you access verified contact details so your sales team can speak to people who can actually say "yes".
Expand with confidence
Understand which markets are worth your time, where there's real demand, and how your competitors are positioning — so you can move with strategy, not guesswork.
How we're different
- Founded by exporters and traders with real scars, not by generic SaaS founders.
- Built to help you find customers and close deals — not just stare at dashboards.
- Focused on SMEs that need practical tools, not corporate-level complexity.
Who Vujis is for
- Manufacturing companies wanting to build a stable pipeline of international customers.
- Trading companies that care about risk management and verified counterparties.
- Teams tired of wasting money on the wrong trade shows, wrong platforms, or wrong “buyers”.
Our vision
International trade without blind spots
We want exporters to stop depending on luck, fake leads, or outdated methods. No more guessing which market might work. No more hoping that a buyer is real. No more learning expensive lessons after the contract is signed.
Our aim is simple: make global growth predictable for serious exporters and trading companies, using verified insight and direct access to the right people.
