We do not guess your contacts. We check them.
Most trade data tools give you a name and hope the email works. Vujis checks up to 8 different providers before giving up, then the final contact goes through 3 verification checks before it reaches you.

How most tools collect contacts
How single-provider tools usually build their database
Tools like RocketReach, Apollo, and Lusha mostly gather data in three ways.
1) They scrape public profiles and websites. In plain terms: they pull what is publicly visible on LinkedIn and company pages, like names, job titles, and sometimes a listed email.
2) They use contributor networks. Millions of sales users connect inboxes, contact books, or browser extensions. In return for credits, those contact records feed a shared database. This is one reason those tools scale fast. Apollo has publicly stated 2M+ contributors. Lusha has stated 800,000+.
3) They use pattern guessing when there is no confirmed email. For example, if one address at a company is [email protected], the same format is copied to other people at that company.
The gap: these methods do not always go back to a live authoritative source to confirm the person still works there or that the exact address is truly theirs today. Vujis is built to close that gap.
How the search works
We first ask Provider 1. If Provider 1 returns a strong, confirmed match, we stop there and show it to you.
If Provider 1 comes back empty, we do not stop. We automatically ask Provider 2.
If Provider 2 is also empty, we ask Provider 3, then Provider 4, and so on up to Provider 8.
You never have to manage this process. It runs instantly in the background. If a provider returns nothing, Vujis does not pay for that empty result, and you are not charged for that empty step.
8-provider search flow
How the check works (3 steps only)
After a contact is found, our enrichment partner runs three checks before it reaches you.
3-step verification flow
Step 1
Real address format
Catches typos like missing @ or .com
Step 2
Company mail system exists
Confirms the domain receives mail
Step 3
Exact mailbox is live
Confirms the specific address exists without sending an email
Section 4
Why this matters to you
Fewer bounced emails
Your outreach is less likely to die on contact one. Your team spends time on real conversations, not bounce reports.
Fewer dead phone numbers
Your callers spend less time dialing lines that go nowhere, and more time speaking with people who can actually decide.
More confidence per contact
When you reach out, you can trust you are contacting the right person at the right company.
Section 5
Why one provider is not enough
This is the core difference between Vujis and many single-provider tools such as RocketReach, Apollo, and Lusha.
Step one: they find one real confirmed contact, for example John Appleseed at a company.
Step two: from that one contact, they detect a format like [email protected] and use it to generate another address, for example for Jane Smith.
That second address is a pattern guess, not a second confirmed match. Companies are not always consistent internally, so those guesses break more often than people expect.
These tools commonly label this type of result as inferred, not verified. Inferred addresses bounce more often in their own comparison materials.
Vujis does not do pattern-copy contact guessing. Every contact comes from searching up to 8 providers for a real match, then goes through all 3 verification checks before your team sees it.
